It's funny what makes some people read. When I write about Rancho Santa Fe real estate, prom dresses and Ebay, no-one's particularly interested. Let me only write about junk, though, and readers come out of the woodwork. Why is that? Are people tired of reading about real estate? I feel that; I'd rather buy it than read about it myself.

But what's with the junk thing? This could lead to a whole new line in blog posts as I unpack boxes and clear the clutter. When I've done with mine I could move onto someone else's. If you think it won't work, just consider TV programmes like 'How Clean Is Your House?'. There's a programme that has everything to do with junk - specifically finding it and throwing it out. Predictably, I don't like that program much. Instead, I go for real estate, especially if it's in the sun.
