There is a Basic-Rest-Activity-Cycle (BRAC) that runs through our 24 hour day. It generally calls for about 90 minutes of constructive focus and then 20 minutes of down time.
With the fast-paced, time-crunched nature of modern living, the BRAC is often over-ridden to the point of piling on more and more stress without effective processing of such. When at all possible, it is favorable to honor and stay aligned with BRAC.
Watch your body over the next few days, and notice when you are on task, in the zone, and ‘all that you can be’. Then notice when a shift occurs, and you are not able to sustain the constructive focus. This is BRAC in action.
It may be valuable and contribute to you 'being all that you can be' to become mindful of your own personal rhythm, and schedule your tasks accordingly.
YOU CAN BECOME A PEAK PERFORMER.
