Paris Hilton has been officially charged with DUI stemming from her early morning, September 7th arrest which caused a paparazzi uproar.

The heiress cum porn-star (I love that phrase for so many reasons) claimed she was on an "early morning burger run" and had only had one margarita earlier in the evening. She and three other models of approximate size had actually shared one margarita a few days earlier, but Paris Hilton was too faint to explain. She had thought the alcohol would have been well-purged by the time she was pulled-over, but what remained in her body had nowhere to go and nothing to absorb into.

If convicted, she could face as much as 6 months in jail and a $1000 fine. Of course, jail would be of no effect on the frail Ms. Hilton; she'd just walk through the bars.
