Orlando Vacation Homes, My Starting point for world travel!
I want to travel the world and I know how I would do it. Home exchange. There are organizations available through the internet that will allow you to live in someone elses home in exchange for allowing them to live in yours. Frequently it even includes the use of a car. The absent hosts also frequently supply all sorts of inside information about the local area that can be very useful. Using this approach the cost of travelling becomes much more manageable and I can spend extended stays. My additional costs to travel are only the cost of getting there, some minor fees to belong to the home exchange group. I can still earn money by writing and modelling. I still have mortgage payments but I have those anyway. Food costs I expect to be similar.
So I simply need to get a home I can use for an exchange, and my first choice is a vacation home in Orlando! I love Florida and Orlando is centrally located so that I can go easily to either coast.
Orlando also welcomes more visitors each year than the entire population of California - over 43.3 million (2000 statistics), which makes Orlando the number one tourist destination in the world. This means that a vacation home in Orlando whould be easy to exchange for any place in the world.
The current population of Orlando is approximately 185,000 and the Metro-Orlando population is over 1,500,000. Orlando continues to be one of the fastest growing communities in Florida as well as the United States. To no surprise, a large part of the Orlando area economy is involved in the tourist industry. Tourism surrounding Orlando is worth billions of dollars to the area's economy. Tourism is a very rewarding field to be a part of and Orlando has many opportunities within that industry.
The Central Florida area - all 7 counties - offers a wide range of life styles for all ages. This includes real estate in upscale gated neighborhoods; golf course communities; charming, old-fashioned towns, rural communities and areas with excellent schools. Urban lifestyles are available in downtown Orlando. Downtown Orlando is a mixture of historic homes and luxury condominiums with great views of the city. It has seen tremendous growth during the last 5 years, with 19 new and conversion condominiums, which have been completed or announced. There are vintage homes in the historic neighborhoods of Thorton Park, Lake Eola Heights, Lake Lawsona, Lake Cherokee, and Lake Copeland. Downtown is trendy with diversity of restaurants, retailers, discos, and bars all within walking distance. With close access to beautiful Lake Eola, visitors can enjoy festivals, outdoor concerts, or a gondola ride on the Lake. The sports complex, theater, and opera are all located centrally makes entertainment venues easily accessible.
A Lowery's Orlando Vacation Home something worth looking into and investigating further. The possibilities are breathtaking and so exciting.
