OOOO.......Good Shampoo!
Okay, okay, I am finally going to write a post worthy of a model. Ha! But seriously, I have found the best new and cheap shampoo & conditioner on the market. And I am too excited about it not to let you all know what it is....
Lord knows my hair needs serious TLC since I make my living getting it teased, sprayed, moussed, gelled, backcombed, crimped, curled, flatironed, and then some. And while I adore expensive brands like Kerastase by L'Oreal, I have a hard time justifying spending so much on such a small bottle of product.
Enter Pantene Pro-V's new line of Restoratives. I just started using their breakage control line this past week (shampoo, conditioner and leave in spray) and love it. My hair is left silky, shiny and supple. My hair which is normally very wavy and frizzes in humid weather has been frizz-free and soft ever since I started using this product. The fragrance is subtle, not too perfumey and not too fruity. I love this stuff!
Finally, a hair care product that works and is cheap....and that I can buy at.....yes! Target! And I am not getting paid for this posting.....nope, just an honest to goodness cheap beauty tip posting from me to you. Here's to great hair days to us all!

I see that it is called Restoratives, but how far does this extend? I have been coloring my hair about once a month since I was 12, and I have remarkably good hair for all that damage, but I'm still always on the lookout for a good replacement.
But if you want to be like them, you'll have to emulate. -Ayria
not sure.....
how far it extends....i am sure there are more but so far i have just seen the breakage defense and the anti frizz one.....as soon as i saw breakage defense i grabbed it and didnt really look to see if they have one for color treated hair. but i'm sure they do! i am really picky about shampoo & conditioners though and this is the best so far....i wasnt even crazy about the regular pantene pro-v products, so when i saw the ad for the restoratives i was skeptical....but so far so good!

I'll definitely check it out. In fact, I'm almost certain I'll buy some. After a while, I develop a sensitivity to whatever shampoo I'm using, and I have to switch. I think it might be the scents they use. Regardless, I'm always on the lookout for a good shampoo.
