Online shopping is becoming a multi-billion dollar industry. It offers consumers unlimited selection, incredible value, and remarkable service.

The improvement of the online shopping business industry is the fault of brick-and-mortar stores who have consistently increased prices, decreased customer service, and forgot what the word 'quality' means.

I do not usually rant, but you'd think that a brick-and-mortar store that sold giftware - sympathy gifts, homewarming gifts, and 'thinking of you' gifts - would take the time to offer thesame price and service that is offered by the online stores.
