Oh, no. Not again.

I cannot stand onemore argument with my son, who is fiercely determined to study in U.S.

When my son who is studying B.E, Computer science, wanted to specialize in networking, I asked him what made him choose that field.

As a typical student, he was vague initially. But after careful prodding, he revealed that his college professor, who recently attended a seminar in U.S., told him about the scope for skilled networkers.

It seems one has to get certified by CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), to land in a high remunerative job. He further made a research on institutions that are offering to train a networker as a CCNA professional.

He learnt that only CCNA certified professionals can deal with LAN, WAN, Ethernet etc.

He assured me that CCNA certification is highly recognized and he can embark on a rewarding and satisfying career.

I am sure a lot of members here are from U.S. Can you throw more light on this please?
