Of All My Silly Posts-This Has To Be One Of My Silliest, But Fun

I have been at my computer pretty much all day, just reading everyones posts here and on bloggerparty. The best part of it though was listening to the music that I have been playing all day. No offense to anyone and their posts, believe me they are good posts, or I wouldn't have been here all day.
There is just nothing better than listening to great music while I read. Great music meaning Yahoo Music's "Hair Flare" catagory of the 80's music. I mean I have heard everything from BonJovi, to Motley Crue, to Poisen to Night Ranger, and the list goes on, and on.
Now if you are not aware of some of these groups or this catagory of music, it is in my opinion the best rock and roll era of music to have ever been. Strictly my opinion. Which brings me to my other idea for this post. If you were a part of the 80's music era, or can remember any of it when you were younger, could you pick your top five bands and the song that was your favorite from them? Let me tell you , for me, this isn't such an easy task as this catagory is a massive one, but I am going to do my best to give you mine and then I would love to hear yours. Here are my (and this is sooooo hard to do)top picks: 1. Van Halen's(Hagar)-"Dreams"
2. Poisen's-"Something To Believe In"
3. Night Ranger's-"You Can Still Rock In America"
4. Motley Crue's " Home Sweet Home"
5. Warrant's- "Where The Down Boy Go"
Now, show me what you got, give me your picks.

Airing my dirty laundry at: Peacocks on Leashes
Oh wow
hmmm.....I was all for the rock balads ... make me sick now hehe.
'Love Bites' by um - I dont remember
'Sweet Child of Mine' by GNR
'Fight for your Right to party' Beasties
um...can't think of others, though I know they are out there. There was so much stuf fin the eighties, it makes me all nostalgic.
Well, Ammorton, you've got me showin' my age on this
one. The 80s just aren't my favorite. But I would definitely have to say, anything by Sammy Hagar is gonna be a fav. Anything. If you've got him singing a Coca-Cola jingle I'll listen to that and rock on!!
Bob Seger is another one - I'll listen to him sing in the shower! "Betty Lou's Gettin' Out Tonight"
John (Cougar) Mellencamp "Jack & Diane"
Don Henley "Talkin' to the Moon"
Hmmm...I guess the 80s was one of my favorite decades.
Of course, now you know what kind of "old fogie" music I listen to.
