A simple Who Is Search of the url of the website that you are planning to join, frequent or invest in will give you some details about the reputability of that company and admin.

This website search accepts urls (The website address in your browser's address bar, eg. http:// www. msn. com, or numerical IP address eg. 178.90.67.89) and gives information such as the name of the admin to whom the site is registered, his location and contact information. You also see how long the domain name has before it expires.

Fraudulent cases to watch for is no or masked registration information and expired or soon to expire domains.

To back up this tip be sure to do a specific Google Search for "Review " or " Scam". Of course omit the quotes "" and replace with the actual program name. For example if the url you searched for on Who is is "http:// www. Make3DollarsOnline. com" you can search for "Make 3 Dollars Online Scam" or "Review Make 3 Dollars Online" or "Make3DollarsOnline Scam".
