Wonderful Bread book

This particular book was such an eye opener for me that I would like to share it with anyone who makes their own bread.

The Authors name is Andrew Whiteley. The Book title is Bread matters. The state of modern bread and a definitive guide to baking your own.

This man is so passionate about bread that you may never want to buy bread again but my eyes were opened to the amount of unneeded chemicals and enzymes put into our commercial, store bought bread and I must say that if you delve into the recipes and make a couple of the breads from this book you will never look back.
