stress
Great article, and I like the comments on diet. I am only realizing now I am older the effects that certain foods (or lack of them) have on my moods and feelings.
Also, having a pet is a huge stress reliever, an old neighbour never spoke to a sole until he got a dog, until then he had been quiet and grumpy, since he is the life and sole of the street apparently.
Its amazing what changes our outlook.
