Nintendo Wii Mini-Review

I lined up all night (from 9:30 pm to 8:00am) during Nintendo Wii's launch on November 19th. Was it worth the wait? More importantly, was the Nintendo Wii worth all the cash?

The answer is a resounding yes. Although Wii’s sounds and graphics may not be as good as Sony’s Playstation 3 and Microsoft’s Xbox 360, the revolutionary motion-sensing controller adds new depth and dimension to gameplay. For example, to bowl in Wii Sports (which is included in the Wii package), you have to make a bowling motion with the controller. This new feature offers unlimited possibilities to the gaming experience. Knowing Nintendo’s track record, you should expect some truly innovative and original games that can’t be done anywhere else. And at just $249.99, the Nintendo Wii is worth every single penny.
