Bollywood Superstar Amitabh Bachchan along with crew members and other co workers notably actress Tabu are denied entry into a posh shopping mall in Gurgaon on the outskirts of New Delhi for shooting of the film “Cheeni Kum� .

The shooting was to take place on April 28, which finally didn’t materialize, and Amitabh Bachchan, Tabu and other co-workers were waiting in the van with full make-up for the shooting.

Sunil Manchanda, (producer) diligently took prior permission for shooting from the builders — Malibu Towne Estate Ltd (MTEL) but the bone of contention is : who has the authority to give permission for the shooting, Residents Welfare Association (RWA) or MTEL .

But the director of the film,Balakrishan, did not hide his displeasure, "There was some ego issue between the MTEL and the RWA. Nothing else. Anyway, we didn’t waste time and shot the film at another location and wrapped up the Delhi schedule. We are in Mumbai now and will shoot here"
