Former Bollywood starlet Nigar Khan created a flutter at Cannes when she exposed herself on the red carpet while blowing a kiss to the crowd.

In fact, those who've kept abreast of her antics will vouch that wardrobe malfunctions are almost becoming her calling card.

She was in the news last year as well when she dropped her top during a fashion show in Norway.

Some months later, pictures of her frolicking topless with a co-star in Europe surfaced on the internet — which turned out to be a publicity stunt for an upcoming movie of hers.

It can be recalled that Negar was married to actor Saahil Khan and was deported from India in 2005 for working without valid visa documents.
