New?

Well I guess I have to start by saying I am new to the blogging industry. I have no frikin clue how it works-so this is my first attempt to figure it all out.
New to anything is always a tough start. In this case it is the least of my problems and definitely light pain compared to some things. So I think the best thing to do in a new situation is stick shy in your pocket and introduce yourself-although I don't always take that advice depending on the situation. Here we go...
My name is Laura-I have ALOT on my mind all the time-I am female, what do you expect?
A little about me to start things off. Living in Calgary, Alberta, I am 23 years old, female and I work in the oilfield as an MWD Operator-I will save that one for another day. I also am freelance writing for the magazine Calgary Living. My life is so simple yet so complicated. I have tons of feeling to share and tons of critisisms and I like to give advice-I hope one day to maybe have an advice column of my own: Ask Laura! or something like that. I have led a pretty interesting life so far but I will mainly be sharing with you the present and the future unless something relates to a long lost memory that has resurfaced.
So that is just a small introduction to myself and what is to come.
