Neutragena tinted spf 30 moisturizer: Review/Rant

Since my skin is clear now, I'm trying to take better care of it. I don't want to look all wrinkly when I am older, so I bought a tinted moisturiser with spf 30 by neutragena that I could wear during the day under my pressed powder. I bought the lightest shade available, AND I STILL LOOKED AS ORANGE AS AN OOMPA LOOMPA when I put this expensive (about $13 for a small tube) crap on!
So immediately I washed my face with noxema (my favorite face cream). When I dryed my face, one of my favorite towels turned ORANGE! So I washed my face again, and let me tell you, I really had to scrub my face (hard) to get this horrendous orange stuff off.
After work today, I returned the offending moisturizer to CVS (I really love that place!). CVS rocks hard. They will let you return make-up and stuff if you don't like the color, even after it has already been opened. Just make sure you keep your receipt.
In all my drug-store shopping glory days, I still have yet to find a good sunscreen for my face that will not make it break out or look shiny. I am open to suggestions. Peace out.

self tanner
Is this stuff just a lotion or a tanner too? I use Decleor- its a self tanner, kind of expensive, but totally worth it for me. Its $35, and it lasts a long time since I only used it on my face, neck and chest during wintertime and fall- it has an spf 8 and has totally replaced foundation or any other make-up like that. You can get it a sephora if you're interested
