My Thursday Nights Are No Longer Hexed!

No More Hex Until Summer, 2007!

What the hell am I going to do with my Thursday nights, now that the first season of BBC's Hex is over? There's still Sci-Fi's Who Wants to be a Superhero?, but that's not going to be on much longer (they're already down to the final 4 or 5!), and while I used to be a huge fan, I got over ER about 5 years ago. However sad it may sound, Hex was my Thursday night this entire summer!

I'm still in shock over the fact that Cassie's gone and Ella is the actual star of the show. I really didn't see that one coming. I know they're showing them out of order over here, but I still have at least a thousand questions going back even before Cassie had Malachi:

What happened to the Egyptologist? Was Thelma on a cell phone in the bathroom? Who was she talking to? What the hell ever happened to Troy? Did Leon remember attacking Cassie in the club? Who was the dead guy that fell out on Thelma and Ella when they were hiding?

And if we fast-forward to what's gone on after that, there are still a thousand questions:

Is Jo dead or what? Is the executor of Thelma's father's estate aware of what she is and what's going on? Is Thelma going to stick around, or will she disappear like the damn Egyptologist?! WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO THE EFFING EGYPTOLOGIST, ANYWAY?! How is it all these people are getting whacked, left and right, and no one seems nervous? Is that just the way things are across the Pond? Have no "bobbies" been called, no investigation launched, no curfew been set? They did things quicker in 1973 than they do around this school!

Obviously, they have to leave me in suspense to ensure I tune-in next year (which I'm honestly scared half-to-death that I'm going to forget until like halfway through the season!), but come ON, BBCA! You've left us in a lurch, here! I can't believe I have to wait an entire year to see the second-half of what is at least one of my favorite shows on TV -- and it's already been cancelled!!!

They absolutely must bring Hex back for another series. At least one.
