My thoughts on fitness training
In this day and age, we usually associate fitness training with men. However, we are seeing more women entering this arena as well. More women are hiring their own personal trainers on the road to becoming a fitness woman. Women as well as men need to avoid the pitfalls of the poor trainer.
Some Trainers seem to look at themselves in the mirror more than they ever look at their client. The most important factor a Fitness Trainer should possess is knowledge. Knowledge of her clients and what will work best for them. A Trainer should also be a role model and practice what she preaches. A Trainer should exercise and eat well. The Trainer should promote healthy eating habits. A Trainer should not just "talk the talk but walk the walk."
We sometimes abandon a fitness program, because we simply got bored. After two or three weeks doing the same exercises it is natural to want a change. In order to prevent this, a good Trainer will help you learn to diversify your program as much as possible. For example, on Monday you go jogging, Tuesday you may ride the stationary bike, etc. A good trainer will help you on your way to peak fitness.

Fitness training ...
needs self-discipline. We should have a goal and give ourselves a timetable when to achieve it. Most of the time, we always tell ourselves we will do fitness training but still can't seem to start it as we get too lazy to do it.
