My Seasonal Business
Every year, starting in November, I have my own fun little business. I make personalized Santa letters, ordered by the parents or grandparents (or aunts, uncles, friends...), for children to know that Santa has been watching. Each letter includes some of the good and the bad that Santa has caught them doing, as well as mentioning some of the things they want for Christmas, and some of their friends. It started with my own kids, and turned into a hobby that gets me a little extra Christmas money.
As a result of all the business I receive, I end up going through a lot of inkjet cartridges. Last year, when I kept needing to replace my black ink, I finally invested in a refill kit for my HP 56 black inkjet cartridge. It ended up saving me a lot of money, since I don't like to charge very much for my letters.
This year, I have a new printer, and I've already stocked up on extra HP ink cartridges to help me be prepared. Now I just wonder how many of those cartridges I will be using for the Santa letters this year.
Which reminds me, I have my first order to take care of today! I better get to work.

Good for you Allie!!
Sassys
That's a great idea...I kind of wish my kids were little enough to get a letter like this...but they are 21 and 18...if I sent them a letter like this, they would lock me up and throw away the keys:)
I think I'll
still be sending them when their 40! lol
My Monster Man announced today that Santa should be sending him a letter soon, like he does every year. They really look forward to them.
