[b]I absolutely adore this poem.This is probably one of my favorites,not counting the "Sleep,O Peaceful Child" poem.But this one,i actually wrote for my mother.My mother isn't passed away though,but thought that i would write it to her as a special gift from ME.But sadly,haven't given it to her yet,lol.But this poem,i tried to think on how does a Mother make everybody feel.Not just only myself.Some think differently than others,but i tried to be more specific.The thought of your mother being there for you during your life when you are growing up,is a blessful thought IMO.I thank my mother each and everyday for doing what she did for me when i was little until i grew up to take care of my ownself.I now try to help her along the roads that she may walk on or may run into.But the main thing that i feel important now in my life with my mother,is that i show her love and respect more as an adult.
There are times that some of us do not even think about our mothers.Not meaning to maybe,but we should always think about our mother and thank her each and everyday for what she has done for us in the past.Not just only on Mother's Day,but everyday.If we could do this,i think the world would maybe be a better place to live without all of the violence and crimes that are now.If some would listen to what their mothers have taught them,than i know for sure that they would be better off than they may be in now.
