In this article, I go into detail about a condition that thyroid disease patients can experience and in people who have not yet been diagnosed but are experiencing the onset of autoimmune thyroid disease. It is called "Hashitoxicosis" and causes people who have it, to experience the full array of anxiety and hyperthyroid symptoms but afterward, they will revert back to hypothyroidism (low functioning thyroid gland).
