Whenever you finish training wether it's weight lifting or general trainning, especially if it has been a while you haven't trainned, try to take some protein right after you finish and one Omega fish oil.

Protein and fish oil are one of the best things to have for muscle recovery and also growth. Fish oil will help recover your muscle joints and will make them stronger and more resistant. For protein, try to use "Whey" protein, or blend together one Red Bull with a raw egg.

These will help your muscle recover faster, build faster, stronger, more resistant and will reduse muscle aches and sourness especially if you're into weight lifting. Sleeping is important as well for muscle recovery, 7-8 hours a day.
