Sometimes I miss the mountains. When I grew up they were always there, looming above the back of the house in a benign fashion.

I loved the view and I loved hiking through the mountains from time to time. We went camping and had a great time.

I suppose that's what you get with North Carolina mountain real estate – the chance to live in the great outdoors. Fresh air and plenty of fun – that can't be bad, can it?
