Mother in Law and Diet Pills

Isn’t Ephedra one of the controversial ingredients in many of the diet pills? Or is that Fenfen I’m thinking of. If I’m not mistaken, the FDA prohibited the sale of Ephedra a few years ago because it was unsafe. As a big guy, the last thing I need is something to make my heart rate any faster. My blood pressure is high enough and my mother-in-law only makes things worse. The last thing I need is a one dose of Ephedra combined with ten doses of mother-in-law.
