Mineral Make-up: my opinions, and review

I thought that I'd start off my first blog of the day with mineral make-up.

What's the difference between mineral make-up and normal make-up? Mineral make-up contains solely mineral natural ingredients. They have some ingredients that supposedly work as 30SPF sunscreen while moisturizing your skin. Mineral make-up is supposed to irritate your skin less - especially if your have sensitive skin, and they give your skin a glowy finish that just looks wonderful.

However, I would say that not all mineral make-up work as wonders. When I first stumbled upon mineral make-up, I decided to try their products (after all, they promised natural ingredients). Having sensitive skin, I thought that the lady was almost promising me the quality of her product. When I got the products by mail, I was excited. The colours are absolutely stunning; however, after applying the make-up for a couple of days, it was starting to really irritate me. Worst yet, it was absorbing all the moisture in my skin, and causing me to get mini wrinkles! (although it can be solved with a long time application of no make-up, and LOTS of lotion)

Next, a friend of mine recommended Everyday Minerals. And I can't even say how wonderful it is. It doesn't irritate the skin, and it makes me feel wonderful. Ontop of that, it really does work as a sunscreen! and so far no irritation OR wrinkles.

The thing is, don't buy make-up jsut because the owner promises you about the quality of the product. Have recommendations from others. :]
