Using subliminal CDs has become a very popular method of delivering subliminal messages. It has the advantage that you don't have to be looking at your computer screen, or even be near a computer at all, to use them. Most subliminal CDs can be played on any audio device, such as a home music center or personal CD player, as well as on a computer.

Subliminal CDs work by sending positive affirmations direct to the subconscious mind, bypassing the more critical conscious mind.
