Meal replacement

Meal replacement powder is something all bodybuilders should be using. Bodybuilders must eat at least 6 meals a day which is almost impossible with only whole foods. Meal replacement powder has the proper ratio for protein and carbohydrates equal to one meal per serving.

All you need is to add your Meal replacement with water in a blender. I use General Nutrition Centers Pro Performance Mega MRP advanced sports meal. Mega MRP has 40 grams of protein 20 grams of carbohydrates equal to a good meal. I trust GNC and I would recommend their products to anyone interested in the Iron Game.

I like protein shakes but sometimes I find them a bit strong and some of them have so many ingredients. Bodybuilders have been using protein shakes for a long time but sometimes it seems the ingredients boost your performance unnaturally and some have even been linked to anabolic steroids. I prefer shakes with amino acids or fitness drinks like powerade and ones with multivitamins and minerals. or i just supplement with flaxseeds and some glucosamine
