Meal replacement powder is something all bodybuilders should be using. Bodybuilders must eat at least 6 meals a day which is almost impossible with only whole foods. Meal replacement powder has the proper ratio for protein and carbohydrates equal to one meal per serving.
All you need is to add your Meal replacement with water in a blender. I use General Nutrition Centers Pro Performance Mega MRP advanced sports meal.
