McCain and Palin ARE the bridge to nowhere!
This Republican ticket never ceases to amaze me with their "spin" on anything that has to do with logic. They are so good at lying that they have firmly convinced themselves that their own lies are facts.
Despite the facts that ANY American can look up, this doesn't even make them flinch..why? Because they are counting on people being too lazy to look stuff up!
When confronted with the truth..they will smile and say stuff like "But that was the old parties way of seeing it"..."Don't you see? WE are not like them" Then they can't come up with ANY logical solutions to any of the major issues we face today, like our dependence on oil. Drill, Drill, Drill!! It's their pet mantra!
We have made enemies of all our neighbors, we are facing extremes of all kinds...weather is now controlling our gas prices, homes are foreclosed at record highs, our unemployment record is at 6 and 1/2 percent and climbing, and yet they act like they are going to fix it all with one or two fat lies?
Any smart American should be able to read between the lines..but then again our Education is such that maybe they can't. I would encourage ALL American citizens to look up what the candidates are saying versus what the truth is. You will be surprised at the number of lies the Republicans have been spewing...God help us all.

A funny thing, Sassys,...
last week parts of the media acknowledged that their polls may have been slanted because they've only been interviewing people who have been registered as one thing or the other for a long time, not any of the overwhelming new registered voters, which have been something like 8 - 1 in Obama's favor. So, in a weird way, this may drastically invalidate the poll.

The problem, Sassys, is that alot of the people
who believe these lies want to believe them. They want the nastiness, the lies and the smears. And then you've got that huge portion that really are too lazy to look up the facts.
That's why it's important that we expose the lies at every opportunity - that we blog about them and talk about them. We've got to touch as many people as we possibly can in our everyday lives to expose the TRUTH!!!

The very same people that lied and stole the last election will try again. The difference this time is that Obama and his team wont be so quick to back down. The economy is what will be the telling end to this election and enough people are scared to death right now that anyone who knowingly votes Republican deserves the crash this country has yet to see. Tis but a matter of weeks left, and this country is feeling all kinds of nasty consequences...hurricanes are predicting how high our gas should be, while Wall street is swinging back and forth in scary ways. The Republicans still think that drilling for oil off our shores is still a "good idea" so my guess is we will have more pollution...and oh yeah because of global warming we will have bigger and meaner hurricanes to blow the economy down. It's so blatant that a child can "get it" yet the Republicans still insist on being STUPID!!
The NZ election campaign has started...
and so much spin will be spun your head will be spinning! It will be a nasty campaign because the political right has been shut out of power for three x three year terms!

The pollsters themselves all have slanted views and I can find one poll after another that will refute the latest poll...what I do know is that their one solution...ready? DRILL for more oil on all our shores! So mother nature be dammed...we aint scared of no stinking hurricanes! Morons! UGH!UGH!UGH!
