$79? You miserable rotten bucket of human garbage, how can you walk out in daylight in full view of god and steal $79 from little college children with this useless nonsense?

Never you mind. I’ll answer it. Because your publishers have deals with colleges and universities that FORCE students to buy this overpriced mathematical trivia book. What a scam! And one that continues unabated for decades!

Here is a brief outline of the sentiment that the whole world knows, but so few will articulate:

NO ONE OUTSIDE OF A MATH OR SCIENCE FIELD NEEDS TO KNOW ALGEBRA. IT IS A PURSUIT OF FIXED KNOWLEDGE AND A WASTE OF TIME. THE ACTUAL NUMBER OF STUDENTS WHO HAVE THIS JUNK RAMMED DOWN THEIR THROAT ALA MIKO LEE NEVER, EVER USES IT.

Now, someone out there is probably saying “what if you are in a submarine and running out of air and need the answer to an algebra equation so you can get the sub to the surface, then what am I supposed to do?�

I can answer that and, at the same time, show you exactly how irrelevant this stuff is in the year 2006.

Ok. That brings me to another point.

There are jillions (jillion comes from advanced algebra) of free – count ‘em: X=free and the number is X to Infinity – of websites out there that have the exact same material and lesson plans found in that dopey, ridiculously overpriced algebra book….and they provide the info FOR FREE.

The swine who continue to promote this goofy stuff will burn in eternal damnation. Just you bet on it, cowboy.

Here are bonus reviews for Algebra for Dummies and The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Algebra. If you honest to God think you need this nonsense, you will go to your grave as a Dummy and/or a complete idiot. VA FUNGOOL!

Why do we waste time ramming this down kids’ throats and set them out in the world unable to answer telephones properly or take a proper message or use any TRUE skill someone would need for an entry-level job?
