May Day

Was good.
Overslept til 8:30 which is very unlike me. R felt a bit better. I took Os for a walk then came back and we packed R's holdall for her school trip.
A returned from her party/sleepover. She'd gone to bed at 3 am but had slept til 9 am. What strange sleep cycles.
Went to L's at 2 for lunch which we at about 6. K was there with A, and R with F. L's daughter L was doing her art homework. Her son M was the only boy but didn't seem bothered. The children all played outside with Os and L's dog F and R's dog H. They played tug-o-war with a large stick come branch and a rope. They bounced on the trampoline and swam in the pool which had been heated to bath temp.
We visited an art exhibition at Grimston Church. When we returned we realised that H had gone missing and chaos broke out.
I stayed and watched the children in the pool while the others jumped in their cars to search for him. L whose had dogs nearly all her life found him in the Vicar's garden (Simon off Blue Peter probably lived there as a child as his father was the vicar of Grimston Church). So phew. Then A had got bitten by O. A had been playing tug-o-war and something had happened. It hadn't been on purpose but I felt really bad.
After all this we sat and ate a dleicious roast lamb dinner with M&S puddings for desert.
L's hairdresser's colleague was on TV last night in Wife Swap (C4) which I'm looking forward to watching later on today.
Up early and R was too ill to go to school and on her school trip to Derbyshire. She's devasted.
I don't feel 100%.
