Maverick is Extremely Close-minded

A blogger on this site by the name of Maverick would have you to believe that he believes in progressive thought and open-mindedness. However, if you read some of his views on religion or the comments that he leaves on religion-related posts, you will quickly see that he is one of the most narrow-minded people who write here. Isnt' one of the proponents of being open-minded to be accepting of the views of others? Isn't that what tolerance is about, or so others will claim? Maverick does none of this. If you make a religious statement, he will angrily declare that you believe in fairy tales and that your views are not valid. Of course, he will have a number of statements to make about this, further exposing his narrow-mindedness.

Oops, sorry, my mistake. Since obviously you cannot read let me give you a quick rehash of what happened in the thread you're referring to so you can quickly remove this blog before too many people see what a jackass you are.

Person A said something that was not true.

I corrected the statement.

Person A rebutted my correction.

Person B agreed with Person A's original post and added that anyone not agreeing was "hardened by Satan."

I pointed out that it is inflamitory statements like that that inspire such harsh reactions.
