Well, here we are again at March Madness, which usually gives way one day to April Anxiety, that Magic four week period when work gets done at halftime, or during the short dead time days of Tue - Wed.
Why do they have this every year? When March greens up, it really greens. Greenabcks, dead Presidents (and cabinet members), Money. Yeah, they'll be having this as long as many of the most coordinated post-teens in the world can avoid major injury, and the referees twice their age, (and about half the speed), can actually see most of what's going on.

We are so intriguued by this combination of speed and coordination that we neawrly dare call it art in action. Prof. Naismith had it right when he decided to throw a round ball into a round target over the head. Of course, today's target is only temporarily over the head of most players. Even the "short" punks at 6'0" can slam one through when necessary.
