Log in to your adsense account and click "channels" which is just below the adsense Setup tab. Click on "Adsense for content" and then on "URL channels" link. Where it says, "add new URL channel," enter each URL address you want to track and then click on "Add Channels."

After that, you can ask for reports on one or more of your channels, and they will show you the activity, including how many clicks came from a specific URL.
