Make Google Adsense Money with a Content Management System
Can you make money with a content management system? Yes. Will you need to work for the money? Yes.
Content Management Systems
Which one do I recommend? None. Now that I've said it, there is a place for them. The first thing to remember is that you need to change the images, or at least use robot files to tell the crawlers to ignore the template information.
The main CMS is Mambo. There are several places to get a 'pro' hosting site for about $70 a year, with automatic set up of Mambo and about 30 other scripts. The two best places to get them are www.godaddy.com and siteground. I recommend siteground because they are much cheaper, and this is what they do.
They have 'one click' content management set up.
Once the site is done, it is important to change the template information, or have robot files tell the crawlers to ignore the template information.
Step 2
Filling the site with content is easy. There are hundreds of free article sites where writers upload articles in exchange for a link back to their site.
Do not upload at random. Keep the niche as tight as possible. A website on home decorating will not do as well as a website on bathroom decorating in old homes, or decorating children's bedrooms.
The trick is to use the newest articles possible. And to have a forum attached to the Content Management System where people can chat and discuss things.
If 100% of the content is from free article sites, then Google will ban it. This is not as horrible as people think. Yes, there will be no search engine hits - but the search engines are loosing the battle to Social Networking.
A website with 10 000 hits can - effectively - bring in more hits than a SEO optimized site that is 100% original content.
Why Build a Content Management System?
There are many advantages to a Content Management System. Many people use them to support their web businesses. They are as effective as a blog, and one of the best ways to build repeat customer visits.
Too many people focus on web SEO, and getting hits. By the time their site is perfectly optimized, it is useless to visitors. They go elsewhere to find the information needed.
A content management system is an easy way to upload a lot of content, even if you wrote it all, and manage it.
However, do not do this at a small web hosting site, or yourself. These systems crash and need to be debugged. Unless you write PHP (which you can learn easily enough from Barns & Noble University for the cost of a book), it can be difficult to keep the site live. Having a good host with a cheap service department can save months of frustration.
Now - can you make money from this type of system? Yes, I make money from these systems. (Although, I build my own)
