Losing Weight Without Drugs

What's with all the new appetite suppressants entering the market nowadays? ionamin is one of the newest ones, but I just don't get it. What ever happened to just good old-fashioned willpower? It's a lost art these days with all of the instant gratification attitudes. I know some people need a little help and I don't have a problem with that. On the other hand, with the number of products being introduced so regularly, this isn't the type of product that only a few people are using for a little bit of help. Unfortunately, it's almost become a substitute for a healthy and well-balanced diet. I still like the idea of dedication, exercise and a proper diet for losing weight and maintaining it.

While weight loss is ideally the best thing an obese person can do to lengthen thier lives, Rapid weight loss can cause undesireable results such as excess skin left behind after losing alot of weight. Once a person loses an excessvie amount of weight, the drooping, sagging skin is almost impossible to 'tighten up' through normal methods and therefore Cosmetic surgery has become a viable, and relatively safe alternative to endless aerobics classes and countless "toning cremes". It is important to remember that aesthetic surgery is still surgery, and one must be sure to make an informed decision, based on research and self education.
