Losing weight ...

A couple of years ago, I decided that I needed to do something about my weight, since the baby fat had no intention to disappear by itself. So, I joined the Weight Watchers program. It worked and I lost about 15 lbs. ... until I got tired of counting calories (points).
Here's my dilemma: what should I do, try Weight Watchers again, or try some other program such as Curves?
But, I guess the real issue is wheather I'm motivated enough to stick to any program. Maybe I don't disgust myself enough to take action yet ....
