Lose weight while you sleep! (well, sort of...)

Wouldn't it be great if you could just go to bed one night and wake up at your goal weight? Or if you could simply drop those last few pounds just by going to sleep an hour earlier one night? We all know that's not really possible-BUT-sleep plays a greater role in losing weight than you may realize.
Recent studies have shown that the amount of sleep you get will directly affect the production of two hormones, Leptin and Grehlin. Even small amounts of sleep deprivation will cause a decrease in Leptin, which controls appetite, and an increase in Grehlin, which stimulates appetite. Getting a good night's sleep can keep these two hormones in balance, as well as increase your energy levels during the day. So if you want to lose weight-and keep it off-eat right, exercise and get some sleep!

It makes sense

When I'm tired, I eat. Since I don't have energy from being well rested, I have to get energy from food.
