Life is Short - so we may as well laugh.

Life is short and we let our moods ruin most of it.

Our mind is always trying to trip us up with doubts and regrets and depressing thoughts: worries about the future, desire for what we don't have, dislike for what we do have, etc.

All of us suffer from the "grass is always greener syndrome.........."

That is: whether it's our home, partner, job, etc., we tend to see only the faults.

Then we think a different home, partner, job, etc., would make us happier.

We tend to run away from situations that we don't like not realizing that the problem with each one of those situations is our own mind and that we carry that with us wherever we go.

Here is one thing that i often remember:

Whether we laugh or cry the days will pass by anyway; so, we may as well laugh.
