Life After Graduating College: The tangled web of paying the bills

The smell of cigarette smoke wafted over to me as i sat on my first day as a waitress. My graduation from an Ivy League university flashed through my mind as I looked at pictures of lean cups of beef and garlic and butter juice. Study was no longer about schindler's List and The great films of all time. The great Gatsby, Modern Poetry. No. "please study that you must place the napkin on the left" Or was that the right? I guess I will find out today. In the meantime, the bills keep coming. The credit card interest keeps looming, but I am saved and content. Right? I am getting there anyway. At least there is that. My mom says dont get too comfortable because you dont pay rent. You have got a college degree and you better use it.
If only she knew that I have a menu in my backpack and pretty soon i will be getting tips from men. If only she knew that I am steadily trying to figure out how I can become a struggling free lance writer, a successful adwords user, and an even better blogger because I decided that college bought me a lesson about myself, not just any old job. Hail Hail the Ivys.....
