Impulse buying led me to purchasing the Lateral Thigh Trainer online.
For those of you who haven't put yourself through these American adverts which last for hours on one product ill explain.
The Lateral Thigh Trainer is some sort of stepper but goes from side to side as well, Brenda (the woman advertising it) explains that it works your stomach, thighs and butt, which woman can't resist getting those parts sorted!
So after enduring the painful advert i decided why not, i searched on the internet for a cheaper version. I didn't fancy paying £90 for it from their website. Found it for £36 incl.p&p. It arrived the other day and i immediately jumped on it, very wierd at first but after using the dvd i felt alot more comfortable on it and even built up a sweat! There are also these arm things that you can attatch or alternatively use weights.
Personally i think it is great, its smallish and easy to put in a closet somewhere out of sight and you don't even need to leave the house or find a gym, FANTASTIC!
