i have found that buying flavored water is expensive since i drink alot of water and yes most have now calories or sugar but kool aid is so much less expensive and u can dilute the amount u put in and it will make 8 gallons of flavored water it has some sugar and a few calories but its worth it to save 30 bucks at least in my area and it tastes great and u have more flavors to choose from that way
