So Sara Evans husband is planning on naming Kenny Chesney in the divorce papers..... As the other man. But there is one small problem. Kenny Chesney is denying ever having an affair with her.

In a statement released Thursday, his publicist writes, "The allegations that Kenny had an affair with Sara are impossible and totally untrue.

"Kenny views Sara as a friend and he is saddened by what she's going through."

The truth is Kenny Chesney is HOT! Sizzling Hot. Half of the women in America would probably love to have an affair with him. But one of two things is happening here. Either they never did sleep together and her soon to be ex-husband just wants to make her life a living hell or they really did have an affair but K just doesn't want to be involved in the legal battle.

What strikes me as as odd though is that we aren't seeing any statements where Sara is denying the affair. Maybe it's in the works.
