Just had a hand operation...

Had a hand operation last week and have not been writing new posts. I had a fall a year ago and injured a finger.The op cut out a node that formed on the palm of my hand at the base of my finger cartilages.

So I have been recycling some of my older posts from my archives.Some of these are actually very interesting in the light of day.

Hope it's not hurting too much. I broke my thunb (on my right hand) a few years ago and never had it treated. Now, it's been giving me trouble lately. Good thing you had yours taken care of!

Finger injuries are the WORST! I had one some years ago from a serious dog bite and it was forever until I could type properly again. I did learn how to type without the pulverized finger, though, and got quite fast at it

As often the case I was late for this post. Sorry hutts I hope all goes well our KIWI friend. I've heard ice-cream helps...(whoops, nope that was for tonsils being taken out)...er sorry about that.

Well if it was me, I'd have some ice-cream anyways hutts , cause it's bound to take your mind off of the hand for a little while.

no offense buddy but all that blood...and other stuff(like pain), I'm probably gonna pass(out)on that one.

Yuckin' it up with you friend, glad they didn't leave the scapel in the old hand hutts.
