Juicing for Headaches
A headache is a warning of strain on the body, through stress or toxins. Persistant headaches can be a sign of disease and should always be checked out by a doctor. For those headaches that are due to strain and stress, try out the following juice combinations:
-cabbage (350ml) and celery (100ml)
-apple (225ml) tomato (225ml) and parsley (50ml)
-beetroot (275ml) and cabbage (275ml)
-carrot (275ml) beetroot (100ml) and cucumber (175ml)
