Joe The Plumber...How about Little Cindy "The Millionaire"??
So the tax info came out today about Cindy McCain and guess what? She raked in $4.2 MILLION dollars in 2007!!! Now that being said, I now FINALLY understand why it is that McCain is so scared that Obama might win...hell his wifeypoo will get taxed more under Obama than she would if her equally rich hubby should win!
C'mon folks, the hypocrisy is getting just a little thick these days with "Joe the plumber" being THE biggest issue the Republicans can come up with. They are saying that they would be the best thing for the middle class when they do not know what the hell the middle class is! And hell "Joe the Plumber" is not even a plumber...how very sad! Cindy McCain is also reporting that her numbers are also "low" this year due to the rotten economy...how very unfeeling she is...ARGH!! I wish to hell I had her money...I would STILL vote Democratic though, because the REAL plumbers out there need a break...and heads up America should your toilet get backed up do not...I repeat...DO NOT call Joe!!! Call Mccain instead he knows a whole lot about what you leave in your toilets, hell he married a turd!

I was cracking up reading the end of this...and yes, you got that right about Cindy McCain. She strikes me as so stuck up with all her money.
I heard an explaination from her on the view one morning when she got asked about how many houses they have. She wouldn't answer the question directly, but said that her parents worked and provided the best they could to make sure that they would have things, and be financially set. So , I took it that she comes from money, and it continues on.And yes, she should be taxed more since she makes more. I see nothing wrong with the plan. If you make that kind of money, why shouldn't you pay more in taxes?
If I made that kind of money, I would expect to pay more... I sure as hell wouldn't expect middle class america to pay more, that makes no sense.
Even Obama stated that he is willing to pay more because he makes more. You wont hear McCain say that.

I am glad you found this funny...I just wish McCain and Cindy would go away...far, far away. The fact that she is explaining to one and all how her parents did for her when she was little just tells me she actually feels she needs to justify her wealth...when in reality she is not justifying it...she is trying to look humble...it's disgusting!

Income tax is NOT the only tax we pay. The poor get really stuck on sales tax and excise tax since both taxes are across the board taxes. If a rich guy pulls up to the pump....let's say he is the CEO of Exxon.....and a poor one who is busting his ass working two jobs at minimum wage and they both put 10 gallons of gas in their car @ $4.00 a gallon......then the CEO is paying $40.00....and so is the minimum wage guy. Only, the CEO is only paying 1/100 of an hour of his wage for the gas of which a good chunk is excise and sales 60.4% tax. The minimum wage guy is spending 5 hours of his life to pay for that same gas.
That's true for the across the board 8 3/4% sales tax on everything from socks to lemons. The minimum wage earner is paying a HUGE percentage of his income for his purchase.
The message is....income tax is only one small part of the tax network for which we all work for. The poor pay their fair share of taxes in many ways other than income tax.

But McCain wants the poor and the middle class to pay even more now with his "plan" on the economy...the poor wont have to worry about health care as they simply wont get it, but the middle class will become the poor far quicker because of his "plans".
We have GST in NZ...
which is 12.5% on everything, something like British VAT, but without the exemptions. We exempt only the family home.GST - Goods and Services Tax. Aussie followed us but with some exemptions. Sales tax is included in the GST. Nobody can get away without paying, except businesses who dont earn the minimum.They get an exemption.

We pay in Georgia 7 percent State tax. Now of course that does not include any government taxes...we citizens get hit with that at the end of each year...I hate taxes but I do see them as a necessary evil..somebody has to pay for infrastructure etc. But wow, you guys pay quite a lot.

We pay much less income tax now, no sales tax, but local rates too on homes and land,water, etc.Remember the govt pays for most education and hospitals.You get knocked over by a bus, or have emergency heart problems you get admitted to a public hospital free!

I am moving to NZ!!! This way when I have my massive smoke induced heart attack I can get help! I really don't want my kids to inherit a huge hospital bill due to the outrageous prices here in the USA!! We are (or at least USED to be) one of the richest countries in the world and yet we can't afford health care? Nope I'm not buying it.
McCain's tax plan is an extension of the Bush plan, which
was pretty much an extension of every Republican plan that has come down the pike in the past 20 or 30 years. IT DOESN'T WORK!!!! Poor little Cindy can tell you that because she's making less money. All those poor "Joe Six-Packs" can't afford to buy her fucking beer because the economy has gone tits-up.
I can't, for the life of me, fathom why anyone would think that more of the same will fix what is going on. Reagan's "tinkle down" plan DOES NOT WORK!!!! But ever since he came out with it it's been the mantra of the Republican party. NOTHING trickles down, it all stays up there in the pockets of the wealthy. And I mean, really, who in their right minds would ever expect big business to allow anything to trickle back down to the middle class and the poor when they can keep lining their own pockets?
