Jobs Worth

Last week we had a email from a person that was unable to pay in the normal way we take payment on our site B.G Stores. Well we get plenty of these and normally it is from scammers saying they will pay via western union and we will get a email from western union stating they have the money on hold, well western union don’t work that way.
Anyway we replied with the normal response and told them we were happy to deal this way but nothing would be sent until we had the money in our hands.
To my shock the next day they asked for the details were to send it.
The following day a email with the details how to collect the money this is where the Jobs Worth comes in.
We go to the bank to get the money as always take more than enough ID when I do anything like this it was made out to my wife’s name as she has more IDs than me.
So we showed the IDs required by MoneyGram but this was not good enough for Mr Jobs worth behind the counter he said he required postal ID which my wife has but to our old address having moved and not got round to renewing it so he would not accept that.
In All we produced 12 different IDs from Police clearance to NBI (that’s the same as CI5 in the UK) you cant get higher than that business permits 8 of them are photo IDs everything you could ever dream of but did this prove to Mr Jobs Worth that she was who see said she was no not one bit company rule book says postal ID must have that.
Stupid thing is its so easy to get postal ID under a false name if you wanted.
So after holding every document right under his nose and screaming look is that her, next one look is that her.
I picked them all up walked out went to bank next door 5 minutes later money in hand, I wanted to go back next door and wave the money in Mr Jobs Worth’s face but wife said no, Spoil sports that wives are with things like that.
Anyway got the Nike air max 360 in the Post that same day not are normal way to do business but we do realise not everyone can pay in the normal way.
