JOB HUNT IN INDIA

Well i am out of my graduation college with a first class certificate of engineering in my hands.The First Task was to start building a professional resume or the CV.I prepared one out of my thinking,Applied a few jobs with it.But nothing was fruitful.So then i am looking 4 ways to get a better resume.
I g00gled and this is 1 of the many similar things that came in my way.

Oh no How acan an average indian afford so much!!!!
Ten again googled ,filtered.. and finally came up with a good resume(not the best).Calls started coming and i was attending for the TEST's.

But now The hard reality coming.I soon realised after few job trails that the job phenomenon in India is pretty complicated.But some how i deduced an equation.
20% of the people really get jobs that match their caliber.
80% of the corporations do not remove employees with no caliber matching their current job.
50% of the jobs are priorly reserved even though not publicly spoken.
40% of people in the corporation get through by mere recommendations.

Bcoz I have got none of the above(or atleast for now)
I am here googling 4 a job.Worn out.Vexed but sanguine and optimistic like every indian.

And Thats The scene of job market in India even after the so called Software boom.Its been harder than reality and It will be like that may be for the next few decades or centuries.
