It's been a rough day!

I'm trying to figure out what's up with the folks on the other side of the cell phones, rim pagers and call forwarding walls. American's on hold--and customer service is dead. What ever happened to those good old fashioned people that just picked up the phone when it rang? They can't possibly know what I look like on my end of the phone....ya think? The "moor" is an unhappy man this evening:) Any women out there to cheer me up?:)
