Today we are going to look at our routine or the way you go through your day. You may have a routine and do not even know it. I am sure there are certain things you do each day with out even questioning if you will do it or not. For example brushing your teeth, getting out of bed,or eating dinner.
Once you have decided to get organized and to get your family organized, you will want to put together a plan of how that will happen. For the next few days journal everything you do in the order you do it in, is there a pattern that is followed the same things occuring in the same way? If there are, great you are already on the right track. If there is no rhyme or reason to your day, then think through all the things you have to do and put them down in a logical format, what needs to be done first, second, third, etc. In the begining keep it simple, doing to much to fast is a sure way to burn out. Once you are regularly doing these things add on, what are some things that you wish would happen on a regular basis, and then what are things that you would like to see happen. Keep at it, it will take some time and effort but if you can get yourself or your family on some type of regular routine, you will soon see how much extra time you have now that you don't have to spend your time asking yourself...Hum...what do I do next???
