In Matthew the 12th chapter, there is 1 sin that cannot be forgiven. That is the blasphemy of the Holy Ghost. Now, in these modern times I ask are there other sins that cannot be forgiven? I am curious about this because I hear so many people say that they will never forgive the person or persons who commits a crime against them. As terrible as the crime seems to be, these people need to realize that if they profess to be a christian, they are only hurting themselves when they have this attitude. Jesus said that we need to forgive one another and when we do, with sincerity from the heart, we will then be in a position to be forgiven ourselves. Yes, we may find it hard to forget the particular event and we may find our selves not feeling like it, but true forgiveness comes from the heart not from the emotions. All must appear before the Lord in the final judgement.
Is there more than 1 sin that is unforgivable?
